SimplePolicy is a matching service. We don't sell you a policy — we help you find the right licensed agent for your situation, then get out of the way.
1. You answer a few plain-language questions
We ask about the type of coverage you're looking for, who needs it, roughly what age they are, and whether there are any major health considerations. There are no trick questions and no commitment required.
The whole process takes about three minutes. We only ask what's needed to make a useful match.
2. We match you with a licensed California agent
Based on your answers, we identify a licensed insurance professional who works with the type of coverage you're looking for. They are licensed through the California Department of Insurance — not a call center rep, not a script-reader.
SimplePolicy does not underwrite or issue insurance. Actual policy recommendations, applications, and approvals are handled entirely by the licensed agent and their carrier partners.
3. The agent reaches out to walk you through your options
The agent will contact you to discuss what coverage may be available based on your situation. Availability and rates depend on age, health, coverage type, and carrier guidelines — nothing is guaranteed at this stage.
You are under no obligation to apply. You can ask questions, take time to think, or decline — SimplePolicy will not follow up on the agent's behalf.
4. You decide if and when you apply
If you decide to move forward, the agent handles the application process directly. Coverage begins only after an application is reviewed, approved by the carrier, and the first premium is paid.
There's no deadline. If now isn't the right time, you can come back later — your information stays private and is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
