1. What SimplePolicy is

SimplePolicy is a life insurance matching service. We help California residents identify the type of coverage that may fit their needs and connect them with a licensed insurance agent who can assist them through the process.

We are not an insurance carrier, underwriter, or broker. We do not sell, issue, or underwrite insurance policies. SimplePolicy does not make coverage decisions or set rates.

2. Quotes and rates

Any cost estimates or rate ranges referenced on this site are for general illustration only and do not constitute an offer of insurance or a guaranteed price.

• Actual rates depend on age, health, state, coverage amount, coverage type, and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Quotes are not a guarantee of coverage or final pricing.
• Coverage begins only after an application is approved by a carrier and the first premium is paid.
• Rates and availability are subject to change based on carrier filings and California insurance regulations.

3. Licensed agents

The insurance agents you may be connected with through SimplePolicy are independently licensed professionals. They are licensed through the California Department of Insurance and are responsible for all policy-related advice, recommendations, and transactions.

SimplePolicy does not employ insurance agents and is not responsible for the conduct or representations of any agent you are connected with through our service.

4. Privacy and your information

Information you submit through SimplePolicy is used to facilitate a match with a licensed agent. By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by or on behalf of SimplePolicy and the agent(s) you are matched with.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties outside of the matching process. For full details, see our privacy policy and notice at collection.

5. Geographic coverage

SimplePolicy currently serves California residents only. Coverage availability and agent availability vary. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that a match will be available in your area or for your coverage type.

6. No guarantee of coverage

SimplePolicy makes no representation that any individual will qualify for insurance coverage. Eligibility is determined entirely by the carrier based on the applicant's submitted information and underwriting criteria. SimplePolicy has no role in that determination.
